1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and abd8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To open an account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

abd8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. If verification cannot be completed or if eligibility criteria are not met, abd8 may suspend or permanently close the account in question and withhold any pending balances pending full investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Platform only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, abd8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings generated from those accounts. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify abd8 immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. Specific safeguards you must maintain include:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Choose a strong, unique password and update it periodically to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

For account verification (KYC) purposes, abd8 may request government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and delay of any pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

abd8 supports multiple payment methods widely used across Bangladesh to ensure fast, secure, and convenient financial transactions for all players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions are subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits, which may vary by payment method and account status.

Accepted payment channels include, but are not limited to:

By claiming any bonus or promotional reward, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abd8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if abd8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of technical malfunction or system error during a gaming session that causes a game to be played in an unintended manner, abd8 reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. abd8's liability in any single event shall not exceed the amount staked by the player in the relevant transaction.

8. Amendments to These Terms
